Generally, BMI customers that have 100 kilograms (220 pounds) or more of goods will move their freight via LCL, especially if they are not able to fill a 20ft or 40ft container. LCL service allows our clients to move their goods without having to pay or wait to fill a container, giving them more flexibility and availability to move their products with less restrictions in quantities compared to an FCL shipment. This works by sharing a container with other customers moving goods to the same destination.
